Our engineers are involved in the development and validation of control SW for engine applications (ECM) and automatic transmission (TCU).
The activity is carried out in synergy with the System Engineer and System Validator, interacting directly with suppliers of software and hardware units (MM and BOSCH) for all the applications still in the development phase.
During this phase, we evaluate the warnings coming from the various testing agencies (eg accumulation fleets) and analyze the conditions in which the anomaly has occurred, and then we search for the most suitable software or hardware solution for the problem
This type of activity is carried out directly on prototype cars or in the dedicated laboratories (HIL) with the aid of vehicle simulators.
Our engineers are present at production facilities, so as to verify and test the software vehicle/transmission in EOL processes (End Of Line).

    Un team di esperti in possesso di tutto il know how necessario per la validazione SW, rispettando documentazione del cliente,  ceck-list, ma anche proponendo test aggiuntivi per coprire tutte le casistiche che si possono presentare durante tutto il ciclo di vita del prodotto.
  • Supporto alla Progettazione
    Un gruppo solido che si occupa dell’analisi di specifiche per trasformarle in requisiti per il fornitore del SW con un costante supporto alle attività di validazione.
